Audi has recently unveiled its all-new electric vehicle, the Q4 e-tron—and it looks like they have outdone themselves. This vehicle features a longer range than many of its competitors and is sure to turn some heads. The Q4 e-tron is equipped with an 82 kWh battery pack, giving it an EPA estimated range of 265 miles on a single charge. With this much range, it’s no surprise that Audi is billing the vehicle as “the perfect EV for long trips and daily commutes alike.” Let’s take a closer look at what the new Q4 e-tron has to offer.

Exterior

As the first all-electric SUV from a major automaker, the Audi Q e-tron is expected to set the standard for luxury EVs. And it doesn’t disappoint, with a sleek and sporty exterior that’s sure to turn heads.

The Q e-tron is built on Audi’s platform for electric vehicles, which means it has a lower center of gravity and a more aerodynamic shape than traditional SUVs. That results in better handling and improved range. The Q e-tron also features LED headlights and taillights, as well as optional matrix-design LED headlights that give the SUV an unmistakable look.

The Q e-tron’s battery is located under the floor, giving it a low center of gravity and helping to improve stability and range. The SUV also has an active air suspension system that automatically lowers the vehicle at high speeds to reduce drag. And with quattro all-wheel drive, the Q e-tron can handle any terrain or weather condition.

With all of these features, it’s no wonder the Audi Q e-tron has a range of up to miles on a single charge.* *EPA estimates

Interior

Audi’s first electric SUV, the Q4 e-tron, will have up to 204 miles of range according to the EPA’s new testing procedures. That’s better than the Tesla Model X 75D, which has a range of 210 miles. The Q4 e-tron will have two electric motors, one at each axle, that produce a combined 402 horsepower. It will be able to go from 0-60 mph in 5.9 seconds and have a top speed of 130 mph.

Driving Range and Efficiency

Audi’s first all-electric SUV, the Q e-tron, is now available for purchase in the United States. The Q e-tron has a range of up to 410 miles on a single charge, according to the EPA’s new methodology for electric vehicles. This makes the Q e-tron one of the most efficient SUVs on the market, with an efficiency rating of 77 MPGe.

The Q e-tron’s impressive range is thanks to its large 95 kWh battery pack. This battery pack provides enough power to keep the Q e-tron going for long distances without needing to be recharged. However, if you do need to recharge, the Q e-tron can be plugged into any standard 120 volt outlet or level 2 charger. Recharging the battery from empty takes about 9 hours using a 120 volt outlet or about 3 hours using a level 2 charger.

The Q e-tron also features Audi’s trademark quattro all-wheel drive system. This system provides superior traction and handling in all types of weather and road conditions. Combined with the Q e-tron’s electric motor, the quattro all-wheel drive system makes this SUV a joy to drive.
