So, how does Ziggy work? Users simply book a charge through the Ziggy mobile app and are guided to their selected parking facility. The app also allows Ziggy to reserve a parking space and informs the user where to meet the robot. Once the user arrives at the designated spot, Ziggy seamlessly takes over and charges the vehicle.
